Possible Additional fees

• Proceeding on a commission(after I start the sketching process with your permission) means you agree on my terms and conditions and is required to follow it, any violation will result to a report or fees.• Upfront payment if you're on vgen.• I have the right to decline if I think the work is too complicated for me.• 50% down payment or upfront after sketch(for non-vgen users), whichever you feel most comfortable and safe within the two. Can also accept 3-way payment plan(refer to payment process for explanation below).• The art should NEVER be fed into AI or NFT.• The art piece should not be redistributed without artist' signature or in any way modified without my consent.• Refund policy: No cancellation/refund if I have already started with the work. I usually ask for payment after the sketch which could mean I have already started with the work. I won't accept refund/cancellation after that unless I fail to deliver any piece at all.• I will be sending you a confirmation/clarification for the basic information of your commissioned piece(ex. your queue, the type of service, final price, etc.) In order to proceed and confirm the service and to know if you have any more clarification or if the client is sure or not to proceed into the service(if you are in Vgen, this part will be on the proposal phase).• The client must provide a clear/detailed reference or description of what they want.
• Major revisions are only allowed in the sketching process.• Lay down your information as upfront as possible as I will be basing my final price with them on whether I would apply additional fees. Failure to do so might result to late informing of final price and additional fees.• Although most of the listed prices are already fixed, final price can still depend on the complexity. Increases in prices factors may include: character design complexity, theme(ex. gore/body horror/divine imagery which can be very detailed), etc.• Before I start the work, inform me if it's for commercial or personal use.• Client's rights:
- Personal commissioned arts can be used in any way for as long as it is for personal usage and not for profit.
- Commercial commissioned arts can be use for merchandise that is for profit and monetized contents.• Artwork must not be claimed by the client as theirs. I currently only offer NDA but NOT a total ownership of my pieces.• Artist must be allowed to put their sign/watermark on the art (otherwise if commissioner wishes the opposite, extra fees will be applied) and allowed to take credit of it.• Artist is allowed to post the progress shots of the piece or the piece itself on their socials and use it as a sample, not allowing the artist to post the piece will include extra fees (although there are some circumstances that can be negotiable like extending the uploading date but please inform and communicate with the artist if you have any issues with this or for further inquiries).• Any use of the art that is not on the agreement of the commissioner and the artist like claiming the art, using it for commercial use even if it's for personal, is not allowed.• Communication is very important especially in the early process. Do not hesitate to point out or tell what to add or to change as I wished to be able to fully deliver a work you envisioned.• Be patient. I will constantly update with the progress, and you can also ask me for an update, as it is your right to do so, but I do hope for you to please be patient and to also be considerate on the amount of details in your illustration as well as the queue.• Finished artwork will be sent through gmail or gdrive depending on which the client prefers or depends on the size of the file. Payment process
• Payment will be sent through either paypal/gcash AFTER the final agreed sketch(with a big watermark to protect the artist from AI or scammers).
• Payment can either be a down payment (50% of the price) or upfront. Whichever the client feel most comfortable and safe with.
• Artist will only proceed to finish the piece after the payment.
• If client paid a down payment after the sketch, the artist will only send the high quality piece through either gmail or gdrive AFTER the client has fully paid.
• 3- way payment plan: 1st payment before I start the sketch, 2nd payment after the final sketch, 3rd and last payment before I send the piece to gmail/gdrive OR 1st payment after I start the sketch, 2nd payment after the colors sketch, 3rd and last payment before I send the piece to gmail/gdrive.
